CLAS AWARDS
Every fall, the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) awards approximately fifteen, one-semester dissertation fellowships to deserving graduate students whose projects are judged by the selection committee to be highly meritorious.
UF TRAVEL FUNDING
CLAS, UF Research, and the Graduate Student Council offer travel funding opportunities for graduate students.
Support is available for travel to conferences, symposia, and special research opportunities.
UF GRADAUTE SCHOOL
The Graduate School compiles a list of funding opportunities for graduate students from a number of sources at UF.
UF UNITS
Funding for graduate student research, teaching, and other projects is also available from a variety of UF units.
Center for African Studies
The Center for African Studies offers research awards for graduate students doing fieldwork in Africa.
The Center awards multiple grants to assist research and teaching in European Studies.
Department of Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies
The Department offers multiple grants to assist research and teaching in women’s studies and projects that benefit LGBTQ+ communities.
University of Florida International Center Research Abroad for Doctoral Students Grant
The RAD program provides funding for travel and travel related expenses for doctoral students to travel abroad to collect data or to access resources not available on campus at partner institutions.
Center for Latin American Studies
The Center awards multiple scholarships and fellowships for field research, foreign language fellowships, and internship opportunities available to graduate students.
UF Information Technology: Technology Fee Academic Innovation Grants
The Technology Fee funds projects for utilizing technology in a new way to further teaching and learning.
