Humanities Scholarship Enhancement Fund
The UF Office of Research supports the Humanities Scholarship Enhancement Fund (HSEF) competition as a way of stimulating new or existing research activity in the humanities—particularly that which may lead to extramural funding.
Research Opportunity Seed Fund
The Research Opportunity Seed Fund targets multidisciplinary, faculty-initiated research projects with potential for extramural support.
Support for Meetings, Workshops, and Conferences
Support is available to assist with the organizational expenses of national meetings sponsored by the University of Florida up to a maximum of $3,000.

The Haskell Faculty Research Award program supports faculty research related to the Center’s principles of civic engagement, public leadership, and public service.

On a bi-yearly basis, the Samuel Proctor Oral History Program grants a researcher with the Julian Pleasants Travel Award, designed to promote cutting edge oral history research.
UF Information Technology: Technology Fee Academic Innovation Grants
The Technology Fee funds projects for utilizing technology in a new way to further teaching and learning.
